Find Your Flow by the Water
Whether you’re looking for the salt air of Main Beach or the calm, glassy waters of the Broadwater, we have a space for you. Our classes are held in some of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful outdoor (and indoor) settings, making it easy to reconnect with nature while you move.
1. Hollindale Park, Main Beach (Wed 7am, Fri 7am, Sat 8am)
Our flagship "Yoga by the Beach" experience. Feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves as you practice on the grass right next to the sand.
Located in Hollindale Park, directly next to the Southport Surf Life Saving Club.
Ample parking is available along Main Beach Parade or in the Surf Club car park.
2. Mitchell Park, Broadwater Parklands (Thurs 7am)
A tranquil, family-friendly morning session overlooking the calm Broadwater. Perfect for an energising start to your Thursday.
Located near the Peninsula Playground. Look for us in the park between the playground and the boat ramp carpark.
Best parking is in the Broadwater Parklands northern car park (access via Marine Parade).
3. Northern Pavilion, Broadwater Parklands Thurs 6pm)
Our dedicated space for evening Yin Yoga and Meditation. This location offers a more "contained" and peaceful feel, perfect for winding down.
Located inside the Northern Pavilion (near the swimming lagoon and pier).
This spot is indoors, making it a "rain or shine" location for our evening sessions.
Best for: Deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a mid-week nervous system reset.
Quick Tips for Your Visit:
What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel (especially for Yin to use as extra cushioning).
Arrival: Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes early to find your patch of grass and settle in before we begin.
Weather: We always post updates on our facebook group or website header if a class needs to be moved due to extreme weather.
