Deep Release & Relaxation

Unwind and restore with this gentle, floor-based practice. By holding poses for several minutes, we target the deeper connective tissues and fascia, helping to improve flexibility and joint health. Combined with mindfulness, this class is designed to calm the mind and melt away stress. A must for everybody—no matter your age or fitness level.
